Everyday life can leave us feeling untethered — overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what we need. This one-on-one session offers a compassionate space to explore what’s truly going on beneath the surface, without judgment.
We begin by talking story — a grounded conversation where I start tuning into your energy with the support of my spirit guides. Sometimes what’s present is clear and direct. Other times, we’re guided to what’s quietly lingering in the background — blocks that may be rooted in past lifetimes, ancestral patterns, inner child wounds, trauma, family conditioning, or deeply held beliefs.
No two sessions are the same. Each one is intuitively guided and shaped by what your system is ready for. I may also bring in a variety of spiritual and energetic tools I’ve integrated over the years to support energetic release, realignment, and/or connection with your inner self.

Home Energy Clearing Session
Your home holds energy — from previous occupants, life events, emotional shifts, and even the land it rests on. Over time, this energy can build up, leaving your space feeling heavy, stagnant, or misaligned. This session helps to release energies that no longer serve the space and supports to elevate it into a higher energetic vibration.

You’ve experienced a major life change — such as a breakup, loss, or perhaps welcoming a new addition into the home.
